Public Rec had a strong product, but needed a clearer, more confident voice to match its comfort-driven positioning. As interim copy lead, I helped shape a distinct, relatable tone across the full customer journey, from digital and social campaigns to eCommerce, product launches, and the broader rebrand. Working within an agile, data-responsive system, we tested and refined messaging in real time, ensuring every touchpoint was optimized for engagement and conversion.
The work established a consistent brand voice across channels, strengthened Public Rec’s identity as a lifestyle-driven DTC brand, and drove measurable growth. Organic traffic increased 64%, and brand search rose 36%, helping set the stage for the company’s acquisition by NOBULL within a year.
